1/2 | cup | plain, lowfat yogurt | |

1 | teaspoon | sugar | |

1 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
|

1 | tablespoon | chopped parsley | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
2 | cups | chopped, cored red apples | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | thinly sliced celery | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | halved, green grapes or 1/4 cup raisins | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Kelloggs's All-Bran cereal | |
|
1. In medium-size bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, parsley and salt. Stir in apples, celery and grapes or raisins. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Just before serving, stir in Kellogg's All-Bran cereal. Serve on lettuce if desired.
